Be flexible.
Think outside the box. Will another solution meet your needs and save time in the process? If so, it makes sense to be flexible and take a different course of action than previously planned.

Back up everything.
If you use a computer, back up everything onto the hard drive and onto a separate disk. This will help you in case a file is accidentally written over, lost, or if a virus attacks the data on your computer.

 
AOL Guidelines

Follow these instructions if you are not seeing the most current information on your computer monitor. Often times, this is a cache problem shared by many America Online subscribers.

If you are using AOL Version 5.0, follow these directions to clear out your temporary Internet files.
  1. Click on MY AOL.
  2. Click on PREFERENCES.
  3. CLICK on WWW.
  4. CLICK on the GENERAL TAB.
  5. Under Teporary Internet Files, click DELETE FILES.
  6. Put a checkmark in DELETE ALL OFFLINE CONTENT.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Under Temporary Internet Files, click SETTINGS.
  9. Check the box that says AUTOMATICALLY.
  10. Click OK.

After finishing these 10 steps, shut your computer down (turn it off, do not use restart). Then turn your computer back on and revisit this web site. This should fix the problem and allow you to view the most recent information online at this web site and others you visit frequently.
