| Begin today yesterday.
The time to plan for today is the day before. Spend a
few minutes each evening looking over your schedule or
to-do list to get your bearings and prepare the things
you need. This greatly cuts down on that harried feeling
and allows you to start each day with an accomplished
feeling.
Recognize free space. When you check it all
off your to-do list, don't just add more, celebrate!
Go for ice cream, bake some cookies, ride a go-cart
or steal off to the library to read in peace!
